Stop!

Well it's proving a challenge already taking a photo on or around all my runs, especially when you're depending on a quick stop with a phone in low light.

As for the run itself, a bit of a plod but quite enjoyable anyway.
As for the photo, i think it proves that running gives you a better psychedelic experience than drugs any day.
