Baaaaaaaa

The beautiful sky promised so much and yet delivered only rain, gotta love November weather.

Our Thursday morning yoga class was hard work, I think most of us were feeling the after effects of too many grapes at last night's quiz night. My body was so inflexible and unbendy it's untrue, even the chattanooga (or should that be the Chaturanga?) proved challenging and that's not meant to be flexy. I do think that I'd have had much more success with yoga last night, post wine I'm sure I would have been as bendy as a pretzel!
