Cats!

Turkey Day 4

This day was the high spot of our trip and the high spot this day was a visit to Goreme Open Air museum,an astonishing area of underground houses and churches. Most of the churches still have the original murals and frescos, many vividly coloured. There was no photography allowed in the churches but plenty to catch outside. See blipfolio for examples.

At most of the tourist stops there would be a cat or two hanging around. They looked well cared for. This village excelled itself.
