Oh crêpe!

I always thought that if my scientific career would come to an end, I would start a new business with a crêpes food truck, and I would call it "Oh Crêpe!".
Obviously I would have competition with this food truck but I'm counting on my French accent and my life time passion and practice at making a traditional French comfort food.
