As the sun goes down...

We woke up to a beautiful sunny day, and I had to go to the supermarket this morning, so I went early enough to have a walk round the marina before my Zumba class . The sea was very still, and there were wonderful reflections off the boats so I took lots of photos for my blip, but then I only had 10 minutes to get from the far end of the marina to the gym. I ran most of the way as I didn't want to be late, and made it just in time - it was a great class, and on top of my run I had a really good workout!

When I got home, I went through my photos and chose my blip, but didn't have time to post it as I'd arranged to take Louis for a walk by the beach with Alana, one of the ladies from my French group. She has a King Charles Spaniel who's also called Louis, well he's actually called Luca, but she always calls him Louis. The two boys seemed to get on well and we walked for 2 hours, so by the time we were coming to the end of our walk the sun was starting to go down and there were some lovely cloud formations. I then had a dilemma as to which photo to blip, but in the end I chose this one as I like the colour of the sky and the reflection of the sun on the sea. I can always go back and take the boats another day.

Louis' fast asleep on the sofa now, and I've had a hot chocolate with a drop of cointreau in it to warm up. The fire's on so it's nice and cosy and I could quite happily sit here with my feet up, but I'd better go and prepare the dinner as Alan will be home soon.

Have a good evening - it'll soon be the weeekend!
