On and On and On.........

Had to meet my brother-in-law today and go and shout at the bank.
We are sill trying to sort out my mothers accounts .......... she died in January for Gods sake and they sill haven't taken one step forward.
They lost paperwork they couldn't find this - they couldn't find that.
