One Tree and Moon

I was planning to meet a friend for lunch today but she had to cancel and we have rescheduled for next week.

So I put Minnie in the pram and headed out for a walk to the retail site that is a few miles walk from us. I also went to open Minnie a savings account as we still have all her money in her Cath Kidston cowboy money box that Susi bought her.

When we got home we had a doze then headed out for another walk with the dogs. That is where I took this photo in the Secret Field :)

Mum is feeding Minnie and dinner is in the oven - Lasagne and Garlic Bread with salad and coleslaw, yummy!

Tomorrow we are heading to the Children's hospital in Solihull as Minnie has an appointment about her hips. One of them was clicking when she was delivered due to her being breech. In the last week she seems to have grown so much - her smiles are constant and she happily sends herself off to sleep without needing a dummy. She is back to routine feeds again as last week was a bit all over the place due to her 6 week growth spurt.

She is seven weeks old today :)

Only one of us had finished the book at Book Club last night - a unanimous amount of us finding it too hard to read! This month we are reading Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol. I am really looking forward to it and have read a few pages already.
