Coastal Drive

Ran a very painful 7-ish miles this morning. Furthest I've ever run, but probably not a great sign for the half-marathon coming up in a few days. Beautiful run though, along the Charles River.

Then we hopped in the car and drove to St. John, Canada. We drove up the coastal roads in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and a small part of Maine before getting on a main road the rest of the way. The Northeast in autumn is a very beautiful place.
