Jump!

Today had some really nice parts to it amidst the tired crying and whinging. Firstly, daddy is home tonight! Oscar was confused as when I told him that daddy will be home after he goes to bed, he replied, "But it's Monday". He knew he would be coming home on Monday but doesn't understand how he won't see him until the next morning.

The second highlight of the day was Oscar and Bailee made me a present. Their eyes lit up beyond belief when I collected them from nursery. Bailee did her raise eyebrows gleefully thing, nodded her head and said, "We made you a present!". They then ushered me to their school bags and presented me with two parcels wrapped in blue tissue paper. I was then told by Bailee that you "Have to wait until you get home!". The twins had both made me a candle holder out of clay and painted it. It had a tea light candle placed inside. It is the first non-drawing present they have actually made especially for me :-) I took them to put it on the windowsill by the bath and explained I'd have to light them while I had a bath.

I had a good chat with my sister this morning. All incredibly exciting that her and Tim are getting married sometime in the next year. This will be my first time being a bridesmaid. We are just so excited for them!
