Low Tide

12.0C bright, blue sky, and not so cool. Very light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went down the road to the shore after lunch. Maeve seems to be much better but I am sticking to the Vet's advice of short walks (assuming that a mile or so is short).

When we got to Westhaven the tide was out and we could see 'Valhalla VI' sitting on the wet sand in the channel through the rocks.

When we got back home I dug up two of the 6 small rows of maincrop potatoes that I haven't got round to harvesting. The potatoes look good. I must try to get the rest up soon before we have many more frosts.
