Chicken Tagine

This photo really could have done with some better editing that iPhoto allows me, but never mind - the glarey colours of indoor lighting annoy me. I think I could have done with a narrower aperture too, as it would be nice if more of it was in focus.

Never mind, you can still see how incredibly yummy it was. Emma and I sous-chefed for Richard and Anand (who didn't bicker at all while making this) and we all had our fill before heading to Nottingham for the evening to go to a comedy club. A good evening rounded off by some pub-chat and a well needed sleep at the end of it.
