super food

We have all been in need of a rest today after a hectic week.

So after riding a 10k course this morning to prepare for measuring it in January I've had an easy day.

I'm putting together a play list of songs that have run or running in the title or the song. There are more of them than I thought and some surprises too.

It's been good fun and very relaxing.

I love a pomegranate too. They are said to be a super food, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
This one was very tasty and very juicy.
