Blockwood and American Cherry Cutting Board

Meeting with a new wood re-finisher and checking stain colors for a clients refinishing of table-I love working with craftsmen on design projects. He makes cutting boards from scrap wood from projects and this one of blockwood and American Cherry caught my eye for the lovely grains in the wood. Chuck of Woodchuck Woodworks does lovely work. I had admired an antique table and chairs he re-finished at a friends house and tracked him down. His company name is a very clever play on words-cute! And his goods are proudly made in the USA. So I loved the cutting board as it was made with love and some beautiful wood.
