Pillar of Salt
Today we had a great day of planning for the house - Gina has had her eye on some tiles for the new house for ages, so today we set off to Richmond to actually go and have a look at them.
Of course, we went for brunch first... we don't go to Richmond very often, so we checked out a place that Gina had spotted beforehand called 'Pillar of Salt'. It was rammed, and really good so well worth the trip! Miles behaved exquisitly the entire time. I took this shot through the open window between the street and the kitchen whilst we were waiting for a seat.
After checking out the tiles I went to a one-off Saturday rehearsal. We needed to practice with the trumpet and trombone players for the launch and it was the only time that everyone could do. It sounds awesome and it made me even more excited about the gig!! Only a couple of weeks to go now!!
Up early tomorrow morning... we're on RRR radio at 8:45 am to promote the album. Should be fun (if early...).
