Things are looking up!

Looking up to the Lantern in Ely Cathedral.
What an impressive place! The scale of this cathedral is amazing - it is quite gloomy and bare in some ways but the very size of the building is incredible.
Lovely lot of stained glass, comparatively few memorials etc it is the huge height and floor space which takes your attention.
