Dogwood

To brighten up the Winter view of the garden from the kitchen I spent a pleasant afternoon planting a large terracotta pot with a display of colourful plants including this red- barked Dogwood or Cornus Alba Sibirica. These shrubs come into their own during the dark days and will provide some much needed Winter cheer in a shady part of the garden.
