Day 2: The Power of Focus

Well I definitely struggled with my focus this evening, in more ways than one!

Despite the use of a tripod, slow shutter speed and the self-timer, I just couldn't get anything more exciting than this simple sparkler shot. Attempts were made to do fancy shapes in the air, but all efforts were hindered by my lack of 'focus', plus duff sparklers that had fizzled out by the time I had pressed the self-timer and then got into position! And only four sparklers in a packet! I'm sure there used to be more in a packet in the last century!!

But anyhow, I had fun dancing around the garden with my sparklers. When I see the neighbours tomorrow, I'll blame Blip! :)
