Essential Baking

Woke up at 8.o4am after turning my phone off in church yesterday evening and forgetting to turn it back on, hence no alarm.
The taxi was due at 8.30am to take me to work!
It was not a good start to the week.

The new I T system is not yet working efficiently.
There was a stressful and tense atmosphere in the office all day.

When I got home there was one letter for me from the DVLA telling me I had to pay a £80 penalty for not taxing the car I sold for scrap on 14.10.12!!

I cooked dinner and it was good to have everyone round the table to eat together.
However I was still feeling out of sorts and a bit fed up.

Simon had a baking urge :-) he said I could only eat three - so I did. (I love that boy)
