Stained Glass Sunday.
Too much rain to be out this morning.
The eldest was working (he works part time in a card shop to help with his degree finances).
Simon was hung over. He can't remember what time he got home from his Halloween party, how he broke the screen on his phone or why he brought a football home with him. He did remember that the bottle of lager in the fridge was his :-)
The youngest got up late and told me he had had the 'best sleep ever'. I was very happy for him :-)
Jeff went down to the Golf Club and booked the room for our wedding reception and has been busy with laundry.
Me? I have sat around a lot with my feet up, messed on the lap top, cooked dinner, moaned about going to work tomorrow, and watched Strictly and X factor result shows.
Oh yes I tried a new fruit today - Persimmon! Cooked it with apple in a crumble it was yummy.
The blip is one of the lovely stained glass windows in the church in the village. They look lovely all lit up on a dark evening.
Almost forgot I text little sis to say happy 50th birthday. She really enjoyed War Horse (the musical, in London) last night and was happy with the cash and champers I gave her so that was a result! Happy Birthday little (but old) sis xxxxx
