Happy Birthday

It was Cheryl's birthday today so before I got up this morning I bought the song on my iphone Happy Birthday by Stevie Wonder then pressed play and put it on her pillow next to her ear, what a nice way to waken up on your birthday. I made her a nice breakfast and then prepared our pot roast dinner for later in the day.

My mum and dad came up with Cheryl's birthday present and card so we had a good old blether for a while then Cheryl's mum and dad came into visit with presents and cards. It was nice to see everyone together enjoying her special day.

After dinner we sat and had a few glasses of wine and just chilled out, Cheryl said it was just a perfect day. The blip had to be Bob sitting beside two of Cheryl's birthday cards. Before I took this picture, he had been throwing them up in the air with his paws, that must be Bob's way of saying happy birthday.
