Eldoret to Jinja..

We set off from Eldoret and spent most of the day on the road today, with a lunch picnic stop at a petrol station!

Arrived in Jinja where we had permanent tents with separate showers/toilet block.

We headed to the bar to enjoy a Nile special beer by the banks of the Nile and with the group having decided on the various activities of the next day we all tucked into our evening chicken stew with mash and fried aubergine - a revelation of culinary flavour!

Back to the bar for drinks and a surreal couple of hours sat listening to the current chart hits!!
