Still blooming

Miserable, grey and rainy at home - but this bloom is lingering on.

The Verdi, "Sicilian Vespers" was terrific. Tuneful, excellently staged, and with great performances, especially from the dishy enormously talented Erwin Schrott.

A lovely short break - and I'm home in plenty of time for Strictly.
