Precision engineering and dust
Today has been grey, wet and miserable. Very uninspiring. So any thoughts of an outdoor blip went out the window.
This is part of the engine of a miniature steam engine hand-built by my Great Uncle. He was a ships' engineer and pilot out in Malaysia and was captured by the Japanese during the WW2. He was in a Japanese prisoner of war camp for many years. He always loved engineering and built lots of fully working mini steam engines. This is one of his best. I thought it was blip worthy.
I've had a lovely few days with Sister Flowerpower and really didn't want to come back to reality.
Happy Friday to you all.
