Know your onions

We had planned to visit Tintern Abbey on our way to Oswestry, but apparently it's under 2 feet of mud from Jude's torrential rain on Monday, so we had to take a detour. We had a quick stop at the ruins of Skenfrith Castle, and then visited Berrington Hall. It's very grand, but also showed the 'behind the scenes' areas. I rather liked the potting shed!
