Off to the Phillippines

Up nice and early to catch our flight to the Philippines. We were half and hour late for getting up so we were in a bit of a rush. We realised whilst walking to find a taxi that we hadn't paid for our washing. Felt bad but we were late for time so we jumped into a taxi. Got to the airport in time and went to check in. They asked us if we had a flight out of the Philippines.... Uh oh! Very, very stressful! We had to find a flight out of the Philippines in less than 10 minutes. The Internet wasn't working so we ran to Starbucks and the cheapest flight was to Taiwan. So off to Taiwan we go!! Couldn't book a flight to Sydney which was annoying as we didn't have enough money in our bank account. Anyway, we went to show the email on Morags phone to them and they said it hadn't gone through so we had a sort of argument with them saying it was ridiculous. So luckily we managed to get through. We ran through security and then to our gate. We even had 5 minutes to sit and wait for the plane! When we arrived at the airport we didn't even have to show our return flight which annoyed us a lot! I rang compassion to tell them I was still coming and asked them how to get there. A little confusing but I am sure we will manage. We waited for a while as we couldn't get hold of Thomas Simmonds Mum. We were about to dump our bags with the airport and then head into the city and do something there but we tried Marie-Anne again. A man working at the airport let us borrow his mobile phone which was really kind. Got through to her and she gave us her address. So we waited in the taxi queue for 15 minutes until and then gave the taxi man the address. We didn't realise at the time but we got completely ripped off! Marie-Lou the lady who works in the house greeted us and showed us to the room. Morag and I were so excited about having sofas, tv, big computer...etc. They had a really cool swimming pool as well. We weren't sure whether to stay awake all night or have a couple of hours sleep. In the end we slept for 2 hours before getting ready to take our flight to Tagabilaran. It was so horrible getting up as we had a big duvet with a nice pillow and a very comfy mattress!
