Sumac Galore--Leaf Blip VIII

I think this is a species of sumac, just across the fence from our neighbor's back yard.

A leaf blip to celebrate the Red Sox winning the World Series tonight! (I've been a Red Sox fan as long as I can remember, having been born in Boston and grown up in the suburbs.)

We drove back from Manhattan this morning, and in the afternoon I gave a presentation of bird images to a small private school where a member of our bird club teaches--at least 80 students attended; they were an incredibly enthusiastic audience--and at times quite noisy. It was great fun!
