Desert Safari

A trip to Madinat Jumeirah this morning. This is a small retail area surrounded by two luxury hotels. Every Wednesday morning children can go along to see the turtles. They get a talk about how hurt turtles are taken care of before they are released back into the sea and then they get an opportunity to feed them. It was lovely to see and the turtles were really quite cute.

Then after a quick swim in Erin's pool, we got ready to go off into the desert. An amazing experience! We saw the sun set, had a thrilling dune bashing ride, rode a camel and then headed to a traditional Bedouin campsite for a meal and a belly dancing show. Another great day!
