Powders!

The spice blend for tonight's batch-cooked curry; turmeric, cayenne, coriander, cumin, asafeotida, fenugreek and garam masala (plus warm water to make the paste).

Only spotted the heart after I'd taken the pic but it does fit!

The house smells divine. I appear to be getting a cold and feel utterly arse.
