I think I need some polyfiller for the wrinkles, otherwise not bad for a nearly pensioner.

Off to the supermarket, spot of lunch and a decent coffee. Out for a meal tonight to our favourite spanish restaurant, we are usually the only english in there.

Been to the gym today, Kelvin was impressed that Chris, Faye and Sarah have joined gyms in their respective home towns, my family are gym bunnies.
