End of the Road

Miss H has a week off work so we walked the dogs together today. We decided to do one of the walks that we haven't done for a while, - I think we last went with Angus and Thomas. Though we missed the storm we have had a lot of rain, and the ground was very wet. However part way down the lane I remembered that we needed to get across Eldwick Beck, usually very easy across the stepping stone(s).

As you can see we couldn't see the stepping stones so we turned round and headed back.

Mr H went back to work today, ( only on light duties at the moment) but it did seem strange not having him round the house all day. I think I might enjoy it when he retires!
