Capital Heron

Managed a walk back to Regent's Park again at lunchtime. This time I found the lake and took a brisk tour around it. There are so many herons in the park and they all seem to be quite tame. There were some young ones too. Enjoyed being out in the fresh air for a bit and got very hot striding out back to the office.

Stayed on in London to go to another recording of Newsjack at the BBC and enjoyed the show.
