Autumn in Regent's Park

Managed to get out at lunchtime and walked very briskly for almost three miles. I went to Regent's Park and power-walked my way round. There were some lovely autumn colours on show.

Back home as quickly as I could in time for this month's book group. Not everyone had managed to get hold of or read the book but we managed to have a good discussion anyway. We then went distinctly off literary topics and had great fun.

Lots of thunder and lightning going on during our meeting but I think we were laughing too much to notice much.
