Cairo Roses

When I bought my flowers on Friday afternoon, the young flower seller 'threw in' a big bunch of roses for 10 LE, which is about 1 euro. I couldn't resist them as they had that beautiful old-fashioned scent of roses that took me right back to my childhood and dad's roses in our garden. These ones here won't last long, but I've got this small vase in my room, as well as the big bunch in one of our sitting areas. Well worth a euro I think!
