Apple Spaghetti

In York yesterday, I bought an apple peeler, corer, slicer device. A much needed instrument as usually at this time of year I have to peel and chop kilos of apples that have fallen off the tree to make chutney. We had some visitors this afternoon and Wilson discovered the delights of sliced apple and the skin being transformed into apple spaghetti.
