Like-Mindfulness

The guy on TV was asked to describe an activity which made him happy. He talked about being 'in the moment', sterilising all his coffee mugs with Milton fluid and seeing the coffee and tea stains replaced by gleaming white. He was 'half joking, whole in earnest'.
