Ip Dip Dash

I managed to get five lucky dip cake selection boxes out before 1pm today. So was up at 6 and all the cakes baked by 10:30. It's quite a task tbh, not so much the baking but the cooling, icing, wrapping, packing and transporting to the Post Office which takes easily as long.

I confess I do like to see my little production line with all the boxes lined up :)

(Today's selections were assembled from: carrot cake, banana loaf, Victoria sandwich, coconut and lime drizzle slice, all butter flapjacks and Jaffa cup cakes)
