A Year in Phnom Penh

It's a philosophy I really buy in to. But while the principles have seeped into my life, the meditation practice has been harder to keep up. I have resumed attempts to meditate daily - in the guided meditation today, we were asked to think why we wanted to do this.

My answer to that is that I want to be better at just being and I believe meditation is the best training I can have for that.
