Not a cheese sandwich

Packing my own lunch here can be a little tricky due to lack of fresh produce, and the difficulty of things not keeping long.

However, having got a bit fed up of cheese sandwiches, I spent yesterday evening cooking and now have a variety of lunch options lined up. Today was caramelized onion and beetroot tartlets with homemade tomato chutney and rocket.

We'll see when the cheese sandwich re-emerges.
