Commiseration Carnations

It was not good news blippers.

For all my Chinese Baoding ball grinding, it all came to nothing today when that letter dropped on the doormat this morning. Unfortunately it was a no from them. The firm sent a very nice letter & I am actually very pleased with my performance at the interviews & my progress overall.

In the absence of my revision materials, my Baoding balls lay strewn across the table, the jingling's of their mechanics inside fading, making way for the tirade of cold & flu tablets & paraphernalia that are inevitable. Jenny's on the mend thankfully, however my prediction for tomorrow is not so rosy.
