Perfect Parking

Seen this morning in one of the Towns main Car parks. Always difficult to find a place near the Town centre, then you get some Birdbrain like this. Too dodgy to park alongside it, asking for a scratch or dent. So they occupied two places with a Scooter! Wonder if it was done on purpose, just to be awkward or they really are stupid!
I wasn't looking for a space, if I had been then that scooter would have been moved in double quick time!
