Silly spider

Woke up this morning to find the little spider happily sitting on the kitchen tap, I only saw him when I ran some water. Rather than doing the sensible thing and running for cover away from the torrent of water, he clung to the tap with all his might allowing the water to splash his ankles and head. He wasn't just on the tap, he was almost directly under the opening so got pretty soaked. I was a bit worried about him falling in the kettle , but no, he just clung on. I left him to his devices thinking he's make his escape once he'd dried off. But, no, he wasn't that clever. When I came home , the mentally deficient thing was still there, happily clinging to the underneath of the tap! I helped him out of the window. What a silly spider!
