Another "found by chance" blip today, which I passed whilst on my way to another target.

I seem to be approaching the end of a three week campaign over a "mis-sold" mobile phone line. After speaking to five different Vodafone employees, I found one who seems to have sorted out the problem. I should be getting a large refund shortly. Or so he said.
