Library escalator

I had to take my daughter in to the Dental Hospital in Birmingham to have a couple of wisdom teeth out, so while they did the deed I popped into the new library. I thought I might have wandered into a space ship by mistake, but I must say that I much prefer the inside to the exterior of a building that doesn't sit very comfortably in its setting.

Daughter is doing OK, though looking very swollen. She came through brain surgery a couple of years ago so a couple of wisdom teeth out won't put her off her stride too much! Still, a sore mouth still isn't very pleasant.
