'City Busker'

I watched this man playing his erhu (a one or two stringed Chinese fiddle) on my way back to the office after lunch today. He was sitting right at the start of the Princes Bridge on St.Kilda road playing beautifully to nobody, so I stood and watched him for a few minutes which he seemed pretty happy about, then threw a few coins from my pocket into his open case.

Much cooler today, and a very light drizzle on and off for most of the day, a welcome relief from yesterday's harsh conditions.

I hope the fires up north are brought under control soon, such devastation happening. My thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by them.
