A busy day. Why do I do this on Sundays? Maybe the typical Scottish middle class, middle aged Sunday is just... meugh.

So, I was in the car at 9:45 and off to Glasgow. Riverside Museum - newish, so I hadn't been before. Then Glasgow Warriors v Exeter Somethings in the Heineken Cup. My annual rugby outing.

Home for 6. Just time for a pint and a Nepalese curry. It will be good to get back to work for a rest.

Two little trips down memory lane today.

First, as I was eating lunch in the museum looking out over the River Clyde, I realised than an ex girlfriend (from the 80s) lived just across the river in Govan. Where are you now, Irene?

Second, Blipfoto led me to look at a 20 year old video clip of a Heineken Cup game between Brive and Pontypridd. The "Battle of Brive". The referee sent 2 off. The ref was an occasional team-mate when I was still playing rugby in the late 70s.
