I have seen this a couple of times a week over the last four months and have meant to find out what it is.
On the top of Roche Rock, is a ruined chapel,dedicated to St Michael, long since fallen into disrepair.
Roche is Norman for rock so technically it's title is actually "Rock Rock" but it doesn't have such a good ring to it.
