Oh How I Laughed

I have been to school with coloured people, trained with coloured people, served with, fought with, fought against, been on the lash with and played sport with coloured people. So when twenty or so coloured pensioners got on the bus in Newquay to me it was no big thing but to some of the locals it was jaw dropping, literally.
Colourfully dressed, cheerful and in high spirits they were off back to their hotel to eat. They thought the food 'bland' so had been out to get Calypso Sauce, one of the ladies took delight in showing me the bottle. Her husband obviously had another idea of how to liven up meal times, he had Calypso Rum!!
I wished I could have finished early and joined them, I bet it was a hoot!!
