.... A BIG change of pace today, down at the Penrith White Water Rafting Venue, where the New South Wales Southern Zone Slalom rafting competition is on.
Have a check on the link, and you will see this was built with the Rowing complex just west of here for the 2000 Olympics.
One of our fellow Blippers Dmarc and family enjoy the rafting.
He is also a fan of our Penrith "home" grown world Champion in the sport, Jessica Fox who if you check the link will see she recently won the 2013 C1 Slalom World Championship, following her success in the 2012 Olympics.
