Blossoming

This is R. I got up early on this fine Sunday morning to watch her compete in her first Rhythmic Gymnastics competition.

We made it moments before she took to the floor and my new lens came in handy to snap a few pics of her doing her thing.

She's 7 but looked so much younger today as she went out there all alone. She's been a shy wee girl from birth. It takes her a long time to get used to people and to like them.

This is a huge step for my little shrinking violet.

She had a huge following, including her parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.

Well done my little flower. We're all so proud of you sweetheart. =)
