Decisions

C and I went shopping this afternoon -- something we don't enjoy very much. Shopping has never been a recreational activity for us, but sometimes it just has to be done.

When contemplating major purchases, it pays to do your homework before going to the store. C had thoroughly researched fridges on her Mac, so it only took a few minutes to make the final selection when we bought one this afternoon.

Buying a few plants at the nursery earlier took much longer, but I quite enjoyed walking around in the sunshine at Cloud Mountain, and we saw plenty of fall color along the Mount Baker Highway.

It was difficult choosing these beers on my Seattle visit yesterday -- too much choice. It's even harder trying to decide which one to drink tonight -- in addition to these bottles, the workshop beer fridge is full, and there are a few more in the kitchen fridge. I almost forgot to mention the ones on the pantry floor.
